Nutrition Month Malaysia (or NMM in short) is a non-profit programme that focuses on promoting healthy lifestyle. The Nutrition Month Malaysia programme (NMM) was founded in 2002 by three leading professional bodies, namely the Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM), the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (MDA) and the Malaysian Association for the Study of Obesity (MASO).

This year, Nutrition Month Malaysia (NMM) 2014 with the theme of “Eat right, Move more: Fight Obesity” aims to create greater awareness of obesity by promoting healthy eating and active living as the keys to keeping a healthy body weight and preventing diet related diseases.
